MOBIGAS MGS is an optimum solution for compressed inert and combustible gases transportation and storage making possible transportation of compressed gases for considerable distances and to preserve their initial quality longterm.

The optimum transportation distance for deliveries of compressed natural gas to the consumers is 250 km.

This makes it possible to supply compressed natural gas from the main gas filling station to other consumers such as other gas filling stations, villages, small-size power generation units, agricultural enterprises, farms and other facilities in a 250 km radius that are not connected to the ‘gas’ pipelines.

MOBIGAS MGS modules will be available in 3000, 6000+ and 9500 series and in the standard 10, 20 and 30 ft HC (High-Cube) containers but could be designed to satisfy every consumer needs. Each module comprised of vertically assembled type 3 metal-composite cylinders with 250 bar (3,600 psig) operating pressure. Basalt roving and high-modular glass fiber are used as cylinders’ reinforcement materials. MOBIGAS MGS modules will also be available in 3000, 6001+ and 9500 series — with 350 bar (5,100 psig) operating pressure. Carbon fiber is applied as reinforcement material of the cylinders.

MOBIGAS MGR mobile gas refilling modules will be available in А3000, А6500 and А9000 series and in the standard 10, 20 and 30 ft HC (High-Cube) containers using type 3 metal-composite cylinders with 250 bar (3,600 psig) operating pressure. Gas filling columns are installed in extended 10, 20 and 30 ft containers together with cylinders. For transportation by motor vehicles, MOBIGAS MGR has to be installed on a semi trailer, so that the module height including the semi trailer is less than 4.0 meters.
